陕西春意中央空調是專業從事中央空調末端設備設計制造和銷售即集生産銷售服務三位于一體的實業公司。現址位于國家級工業園區陕西省英德市英紅工業園內，廠區占地段積80000平方米，已建成總建築面積67000平方米。工廠産權完全自有。

春意廣州公司始創于1997年，曾用名廣州京廣深，創建之初系專門從事OEM加工的生産平台。到2004年時通過SIEMENS工控系統集成商廣州柏能公司，依托廣州京廣深公司部分接收廣州南華西中央空調核心人力資源，重組更名爲廣州春意。隨著之後多年的穩步發展，公司于2010年完成了首期投資擴張，即在從化明珠工業園全資購地建成GAC國內首個專用空調基地。五年之後，隨著公司二期投資計劃的順利實施，英德英紅基地正式建成投産，陕西春意也最終成爲GAC國內第二個專業空調基地。
